Starring Beta Terms of Use

Access to the beta

Starring is in private beta. You need an invitation and a verified email to generate videos. Creating an account does not grant an invitation. Availability and generation limits can change. Keep your account credentials private and use an email address you control.

Photos and permission

Submit only photos you are authorized to use. You must have permission from each person shown to create the video and must also have permission for the way you share it. Do not use Scene for unlawful content, harassment, non-consensual sexual imagery, deceptive impersonation or infringement of someone else’s rights.

Submitting photos authorizes Scene and its configured video provider to process them to fulfill your generation request. You do not transfer ownership of your input photos to Scene. See the privacy policy for processing and retention details.

AI results and original audio

Videos are AI-generated and may differ from the scene description or change a person’s appearance. Review a result before sharing it and do not present it as a recording of an event that really happened. Examples show actual outputs with synthetic adult subjects; they do not guarantee your result.

Scene requests original generated audio. It does not supply a chosen commercial song or a license to third-party music, characters or brands. You are responsible for having the rights needed for your use of inputs and outputs. Generation can take time, fail or need you to contact support; a successful result is not guaranteed.

Saving and sharing

Scene is not permanent video storage. Check the displayed expiry window before generation and the exact deadline on each scene. Download videos you want to keep. Share links expire with the video and can be revoked. Revocation or deletion cannot remove a copy another person already saved.

If submission is not confirmed, contact support with the scene ID before trying again. Scene does not automatically resubmit uncertain requests.

Accounts and purchases

Creating an account does not guarantee an invitation, a render allowance or permanent access. No paid plan is promised by these beta terms. If a purchase option is offered, review its price, renewal terms and included access before purchasing. Manage app-store subscriptions through the store where you bought them; deleting a Scene account is not a substitute for checking subscription cancellation.
