Scene FAQ

Who can create a Scene?: Starring is in private beta. You need an invitation and a verified email to generate videos. Creating an account does not grant an invitation.
What photos work best?: Choose one clear photo with one visible face for each person. Scene accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP photos.
What happens after I generate?: Generation may take a few minutes. Check Videos for its status. When you generate, Scene sends the two photos you chose to its video-generation provider to make your video.
How long can I save or share my video?: Videos and share links expire 55 minutes after submission, including generation time. Download your finished video promptly.
Who can view a shared video?: Your library is private. If you create a share link, anyone with that active link can watch until it expires or you revoke it. You can turn off or revoke share links from Your scenes.
What if my submission is not confirmed?: We couldn't confirm your submission. We haven't retried it automatically. Contact support with your scene ID before trying again. Use the scene ID from Videos when you contact support.
What audio will my video use?: Videos use original audio. Scene does not promise a song or licensed music.

If you came from an unsubscribe link, include the email address that received it. Do not include passwords or authentication codes.
